Ron's Mission
Matthew 16 :15
The Lord has given us people as our greatest resource and asset and relationships are an integral part of the mission that is set before us. The character of our mission is multi-generation and multi-national. God is developing in me the ability to labor for this generation as well as the generations to come. I am writing the mission and making it plain so that with the Holy Spirits guidance and direction He can implement it. (see Hab 2:2)
Our Mission to Impact
The Lord has called me into the five fold ministry gifts as a Prophet. He declared to Jeremiah, ''His purpose was to the Nations''. Likewise the Lord's calling came to us for the Nations. The vision exists in two parts:
We are called to the Body (see Eph 4:11).
We are called to the Nations (see Matt 24:14).
Evangelize the Lost
Our primary mission is to the Lost and we desire to bring to the local church a prophetic strategy on how to facilitate this burden. Jesus said, to the disciples that they would be ''Fishers of Men''.
Make Disciples of Men: (The Great Commission)
My secondary mission is to train and mentor those who have been called. (see Matt: 28:19-20)
Build foundations of repentance
Baptize in water as well as in the power of the Holy Spirit.
The emphasis is one-on-one relationships to train people in Kingdom Building rather than Church building.
Leadership Training (The Five-Fold Passion)
I see the need for indigenously trained leaders that can lead the church into the next millennium. The old wineskin is being drained to the dregs and God is producing a new wineskin. The Reformation of the Apostle and Prophet will introduce the Cross and will operate in ''The Government of God'' . It will demand that leaders be retrained in the capacity to hear the Lord (see 2 Tim 2:2)
Team Ministry: (Building Relationally)
The body has been joined together for a common purpose and it speaks of each joint supplying according to the working of that gift. This most definitely speaks of team ministry and one part is not preferred above another. This is a paradigm that the saints need to have revealed to them, so they can walk in it. (see Eph 4:16)
Targeting Families
To equip the family with the knowledge of their rightful place in the Kingdom, and with the understanding to the relationship in the family as one being a foundation to build the Army of God. The power base of prayer in the Church starts with the father taking his place as the Priest of his household before he can become effective with authority in the body. (see Acts 2:17-18)
Building the Kingdom
My passion to live the revelation of the Kingdom of God and allow all men to see that it is real. This is the only Kingdom that will stand when all other kingdoms will be shaken. And if our faith and belief are set in a religious system or a carnal system, then fear will be the dominant power that will operate in the lives of men.' Build the Kingdom and God will build the Church'' (see Luke 12: 31-32)
